Advisory Board set-up - first meeting to be held in July

Whilst the national/regional desks in Germany, Italy, Latvia, Norway, Poland and Spain function as the internal stakeholder advisory groups for the WinWind project, an Advisory Board has been established as an external panel of experts to provide advisory support to the WindWind project. The composition of the Advisory Board reflects the multi-disciplinary nature of the project. The experts have been chosen for their eminence and detailed knowledge especially of energy policy and social and regulatory aspects which will complement the internal knowledge and experience of the consortium and of the regional desks of the partners´ countries.

• Prof. Catherine Mitchell, Director of the Energy Policy Group at the University of Exeter, UK
• Dr. Dörte Ohlhorst, Technical University Munich, Germany

The first and contsituting meeting of the board will be held on 5 July in Berlin.
