First Advisory Board Meeting held in Berlin

The WinWind Advisory Board has met with the project partners in Berlin for the first time this week. The meeting focused on introducing the board members to the project, receiving feedback on first results, and discussing the future role of the members in the project. The meeting was able to identify a row of involvement options and cooperation possibilities, reaching from direct support in the stakeholder desks and with project outputs, to support of outreach activities.

Six of the seven board members were able to attend the event:

• Dr. Dörte Fouquet, Director of EREF, European renewable Energy Federation, Brussels. Chair of the Advisory Board
• Stefano Maran, Ricerca del Sistema Energetico, Milan
• Alberto Cena, CEO of BEPTE Consultores, Madrid
• Dorina Iuga, WindEurope, Brussels
• Prof. Catherine Mitchell, Director of the Energy Policy Group at the University of Exeter, UK
• Dr. Dörte Ohlhorst, Technical University Munich, Germany

Wojciech Cetnarski, Member of the Board of project partner KAPE and CEO of Wento sp. z o.o., Poland could not attend but will be briefed KAPE directly.
